We may not be as well established as some of the other leagues but we are now up to 7 teams and playing every week.  The standard improves every week and we are looking for new players and teams (for next season)

June 11, 2009 For the first time ever in the Swindon league history we managed to schedule four games in one venue on one evening.

In the first two games, the Pavilion Panthers took on the Lucent Dodgers and the Swindon Sluggers hosted the Halcrow Havoc. The Panthers run out winners against the Dodgers by the score of 13-5 and the Havoc defeated the Sluggers 22-0.

In the second lot of games, the Panthers and Pirates swapped early runs before the middle saw the Pirates creep ahead and finally win the game 17-13.

The Havoc and Cyclones played a very dramatic game which came down to the last at bat. The wiining run was scored by the Cyclones with two men out and two men on base with an automatic out coming up after the last batter. Final score was Cyclones 14 Havoc 13.

Windsor Tournament
June 11, 2009 We are looking to enter a team into the Windsor Tournament of the weekend of July 18th/19th.

The league plays from the end of May through July with playoffs and finals in August.
